I want to highlight my hair at a hairdressers. What's the best dye to request that causes the least damage?

This is a question for hairdressers. I already have very dry, frizzy, curly hair and want to reduce the amount of damage that goes with highlighting.I want to highlight my hair at a hairdressers. What's the best dye to request that causes the least damage?
They're really isn't a least damaging color, because all Permanent and Bleach cause damage, the same, unless your going darker, Then you can use Semi-or Demi-Permemanent, which both cause the least damage, as there is less ammonia and whatever in it then Permanent.





Get a Deep conditioner afterwards, It helps repair some of the daage.
