How much would I have to pay if I have really long hair and all over blonde highlights on d. brown hair??

You will be looking at the high end of that and probably more since it is long... Colorist of the year or no there are alot of stylists who will do as good a job if not better( no big head and all) for alot less money. I have long thick hair! When I went to the professional salon she touched up my color and added more highlights. It was $275 for that. I really didn't think she did the best job ever. I liked it better when I went to Master Cuts and got their $19 7 foil highlights and a color. That was only with a full dye job too.
I have long hair and its usually between $120-180 for highlights depending if you want full or partial. And i usually tip 20-30 % .
I pay approx $70-100 for highlights and my hair is above my ears. I'd say you might be looking at $150 to $200. I'd tip 20%...so if your highlights are $200...you tip $40
