What color should i die or highlight my hair?

i have light brown hair and i have a few natural highlights but are almost invisible other tan in the summer i have turquoise eyes and medium light skin. my hair is naturally wavey and just below my shoulders if that matters any suggestions.What color should i die or highlight my hair?
