I had med brown hair highlighted, can I highlight it again without my hair falling out?

I had my hair highlighted by professional, she did such small pieces that it barely looked any lighter, so I went back the next day and she did the same thing.....barely noticeable.....so I would like to highlight around my face, myself....most of it is pretty dark but the few wispy pieces she did are very light.....should I even bother?I had med brown hair highlighted, can I highlight it again without my hair falling out?

yes, but be carefull not to over dye your hair.


Highlights are ment to be subtle at first, but you build on these to get more veriaty in your hair.
yes but you probably shouldn't go to the same person again. especially if they messed it up the first time.
