How do I highlight my hair with foil at home, safely and correct?

I'd like to dye my hair, an all over base color, and then give myself red low lights, and red underneath.


I'd like to be given directions that will help me achieve this goal.

OK... I have had many hair disasters in the past. This is my best suggestion: you can dye your hair at home by yourself. This is easy, and should turn out fine. You also save yourself ALOT of money, especially if you have long hair. (For example, the beauty salon wanted 80 dollars to COLOR my hair, when I bought a home kit for 8 dollars!)


HOWEVER, for the highlight, please, please, please, get this done at a beauty salon! It's the safest bet. I've never been entirely happy with anything I've dong at homw.How do I highlight my hair with foil at home, safely and correct?

Don't leave the chemicals on too long %26amp; chemical burn your gorgeous hair.... good luck sweetie.
i wouldn't try it. its 2 dangerous and you might end up lookin like Montel Jordan. I would just go 2 a professional salon
