What color should I dye my hair or highlight it?

I have dark brown hair now, blue eyes, and not very tan but not pale. oh and my natural color is brown.What color should I dye my hair or highlight it?
i think you should go blonde! Blue eyes and tan skin always go great with blonde! But if your scared to make the change you could get blonde highlights, and then if you like it, dye the whole thing blonde(thats what i did)What color should I dye my hair or highlight it?
well dont be too dramatic so a brown maybe make it look at least kinda natural or do some blonde tips!! HOT! lol also i really like dark hair on gyz especially if they have blue eyes cause like wammy! eyes yyyyeeeess. so maybe stick to wat u have follow what u want not what others think...if u want a change do it tip if u do anything try it with a washout die and then go have it professionally done dont do it yourslf it does cost alot more but the box stuff ruins ur hair and fades out slowly and is very hard to make hylights
either a lighter color or a darker color. it will make your eyes stand out more.
highlighting is more natural and less maintenance, so i would go with that
