What is the appropriate age in your opinion to highlight hair?

My daughter is 10. She wants highlights. She has always been blonde until this past year her hair is turning darker. Is there any natural highlighting methods? And at what age? What is the appropriate age in your opinion to highlight hair?
You can use lemon juice. Just put it in a spray bottle and spray it on and have her sit out in the sun for about 35-45 minutes. As far as dying her hair, that could wait a couple of years. Hair dye can really damage your hair. What is the appropriate age in your opinion to highlight hair?
id say 12 is a good age. 10 is a little young! id wait!
I would wait until she's in high school personally... lemon juice doesn't work all that well, and sun in will ruin her hair for years to come. But if she really wants it done, caution her about how bleaching (highlighting) will change your hair and it will never feel like it does right now again. Can she wait til summer and let the sun lighten it naturally ?
I would wait until she's at least 15-16. I think ten is a little young to be highlighting. Plus any sort of color slowly ruins your hair. If she really wants to have her use some natural way like lemon juice or something. Check out the link on some people that use them. Good luck.
