Is there anyway to highlight hair without foil?

Foiling takes too long.. Is there anyway I can highlight it without foil?Is there anyway to highlight hair without foil?
yeah...you can get cream like i did to highlight my hair.Is there anyway to highlight hair without foil?
I like to go out in the sun it defiantly gives natural looking highlights that are natural!





And it lightens your whole hair color, So your hair matches w/o Looking tacky.

Oh, And sun can damage your hair as it does to your skin so take precautions .
I think there are paint on kits @ the drugstore, and @ a salon they do something called Baliage where they paint the highlight color straight on the hair
just go to the drugstore and they have highlighting kits with special brush things to put the hightlighting cream on.

actually there is but its not called highliting its called frosting all they do is put this cap thing on ur head and pull hair through the little holes in the cap thing and then cover all the hair wit teh dye or bleach or what ever u want
Yeah. Just take the section of hair and paint the color/bleach on. Foils are just to keep the non-colored hair from being mixed with the colored hair.
go buy some hair mascara.
